Mark Granger
President and CEO
Originally from upstate NY, Mark moved to Atlanta to work for Arthur Andersen after graduating from Auburn University. After his career with AA&Co, Mark started Decision Resources and focused on delivering project management services to Atlanta area clients. In 1995, he and Paul founded ProActive with the mission of helping their clients Staff Smarter and Spend Less. Married since 1981 to Darlene, they are the proud parents of Derek & Matt and enjoy serving together in various volunteer roles at North Point Community Church. They are the proud grandparents of Pearl and eagerly await her baby sister who is due in July of 2020.
Paul Lauritzen
Chief Operating Officer
Born in Illinois, Paul left home at seventeen to serve proudly and honorably for eight years of foreign and domestic service. While still serving, Paul began his education in Business and Computer Science, soon thereafter earning his degree and beginning his post-military career. Having served as a Programmer, Systems Analyst, DBA, and Project Manager, Paul began specializing in IT Project Management for Fortune 100 firms. During a major project in the early 1990’s, Paul met Mark Granger, and together, they formed ProActive Resources in 1995. Paul’s priorities in life are threefold: God, Family and Career, and he is blessed and thankful for all three!
Debra Blake
Director, Talent Acquisition
Debra Blake graduated from the U. of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a major in Finance. She started her career in Atlanta with NCR Corp, Finance & Administration, which included recruiting, then moved into Sales. Connecting with Mark Granger and Paul Lauritzen in 2004, Debra began working for ProActive Resources, Inc. Her goals include: to be the best person she can be for her family and to be a professional asset for Mark and Paul, helping our clients to staff smarter and spend less. Debra and her husband, Allen, are blessed to have a wonderful daughter. Debra enjoys her church, family and friends, playing tennis, and, of course, The Big Orange!
